Can't stay connected getting kicked every 5-10 minutes

Tried both texas and DC servers same thing. Internet is fine steam is fine I can play other live service titles no problem (D4, LE) can't seem to stay connected to POE keep getting unexpected error occurred message and get kicked to title login screen.

I also keep getting "not connected to steam" pop up as well when trying to login to servers, even though my steam client is logged in and online.
