Followed Loot Filter

Years ago i installed neversinks loot filter. Just recently I follwed a couple more for a build I am following. When I go to the game tab and go to the filters neversink still shows but the new ones have not been added. I havent been able to find anything to help me and was wondering if anyone had suggestions
