Game is crashing constantly

I installed the game yesterday and it just keeps crashing. Everytime I am in a town or activate one of these spawners, it just crashes. Normally my PC can handle games like PoE so its really weird. I already tried restarting everything and checked for broken files.

Does anyone know a fix?

I'm getting same issue but also with alt tabbing.
