Non stop screen freezing and crashing

Have no idea what's been going on with 3.25 but since the start my load screens have been minutes long, and everyday its been getting worse

today, it took 10 mins to load into lionseye watch on a new character, with the screen freezing every few seconds.

No idea what has changed, I managed to get a character to lvl 87 over the past 2-3 days, im guessing on pure luck

because at this point the game is completely unplayable for me, because I can't even load into character or anything

wanted to play PoE, gonna have to settle with last epoch
