[PS5] Deadeye's Avidity Frenzy generation still inconsistent

Avidity only grants a charge after linear movement for several seconds. Non-linear movement following that seems to still grant charges as long as the angle isn't too sharp and you did not stop running. Non-linear movement before the first charge occurs will not generate a Frenzy charge. Not moving in a completely straight line often does not count as moving for a second (a common occurrence with controllers and stick drift.)

Feels janky as hell to play with, extremely inconsistent.
