[SOLVED] Is my CPU outdated for POE?

EDIT: Fixed it myself. I assume it was my Ai Tweaker in BIOS set to auto so XMP was off. I also disabled dynamic resolution in-game.


I have a build a friend gave me. I replaced the GTX 1060 with an RX 6600. Otherwise it has:

* 32GB of RAM
* i7-8086k

I find that when I do Delirium, Ritual, the league mechanic, etc. (anything busy) my FPS just drops straight to 30FPS (my dynamic resolution scale target). Breach too I think, I took a break for almost a week and about to try to see now if I can "fix" this.

I feel like it shouldn't be that bad, no? Am I in need of a replacement or is there a solution for this? I tried both Vulkan and DX12.
