PC drop fps while poe is started

Hello GGG,

First of all, I want to thank you for the optimizations brought with the latest update, which allows players to experience the game with great smoothness.

However, "there is always a however" :) When the game is launched, my second screen, as well as the rest of the PC, suffers from a loss of FPS, which results in the inability to watch a video on the second screen or the screen of my AIO not working etc... . Only Path of Exile causes this issue.

I have tried reducing the performance to a minimum, in full-screen mode, and through both Steam and GGG launchers, but nothing works.

Here is my PC configuration:

i7-13700k
32GB DDR5 RAM
4070 Ti
970 Evo Plus SSD
