No button (Toggle Town Map) in league mechanic 3.25

Hello, there is no button "Toggle Town Map" on my account. I couldn't find a way to make it visible in the settings. I also tried clicking on "V", but the city interface doesn't open. Below is an example image of a button that is missing on my account.
