Rogue Harbour crashing game

Wanted to try heist this league but 3/5 times im in the harbor i will crash when idle or when going into the portal. No issues mapping or in heists themselves.

7800x3d / 4060rtx / 32gb - Win11, graphics + all other drivers uptodate.

I have more than enough to play at 60fps/1080p. Its clearly all the other MTXs that are causing a problem. Why am i still being forced to see everyone else to do this mechanic.
