Network issues 3/100 connections | How to disable IPs?

Hey,
i got rare cases that when i load in an area (Map or anywhere) that its rly laggy network wise. EU Region - Server dont rly matter (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, etc.)

I saw tons off threads already and its for many leagues.

I got now 3 IPs that seem to be always the issue. Also they can work most off the time. Just in some time ranges they are an issue. And its not so hard to determine when they are bad. in client.txt i get always 0 or about 8-15 ms.
But when this laggy servers connect it shows there already 32-100 ms.

"Connect time to instance server was 62ms"

Sure going out and in can result in a fix. But thats just not a nice solution.

Is there a way to temp exclude IPs or set a more precise threshold for which server should be chosen?
