Intel 13/14th gen cpu stability issues

The Intel 13/14th gen CPUs have stability problems. So if you have a lot of crashes it could be due to the CPU. It's a known fact by now that the intel gen 13 and 14 are having this problem, to circumvent the crashes, download a program (Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility) and lower your Hz on your CPu, 30-40hz Seems to be 100% fine for me and have no problems anymore.
