settler of kalguur crashing try to enter the town

I can play the game fine but as soon as I tryt to talk to enter kingsmarch the game just crashes out. i updated graphic drivers. everything else seems fine so quite unsure what else to try? i can enter all other zones and my hideout just fine...

I managed to get it working by validating the files in steam and it had 9 files that were corrupted so it redownloaded them again and seems to be working
