How to install NON-steam?

downloaded file from site.
it placed file Pathofexile.exe in an installatin folder, and a folder called logs. inside that logs folder is txt file which says "f2499283 [INFO Client 5916] [JOB] Irrecoverable Exception Callback: SET"
nothing more. where is POE launcher, where is packcheck?
why isnt they appearing? my av doesnt block your installer

okay, problem solved. you need to change your language on the site to yours, because it later allows you to download installer dedicated to your country. sounds rather stupid but...
