DCs happening frequently and keeps me from entering the same instance

Hi, i've been having some issues this league. Out of nowhere my game freezes and my latency begeins to rise rapidly, it reaches around 20k latency and then i dc into a message "abnormal connection". And then it also prevents me from entering the same instance for like 2-3 minutes, i try to login again and it keeps disconnecting, sometimes im able to enter a town instance, but if i try to go to my hideout it dcs again. This keeps happening for like 2-3 minutes then after that i can enter those same instances again (though with different IPs i've noticed) so i can continue resume mapping. This is a huge issue, i've died multiple times for this, and i also cannot do lab because i DC like every other lab on some instance.

Now, i've recorded WinMTR on my computer (poe installed) and my work notebook for the same IP at the same time this issue occured, but the weird thing is that for multiple other IPs i still cant connect (like towns).

I dont understand why they are different, but these are for the same IP, at the same time on the same instance that keeps me from entering (my hideout)

Are you playing is São Paulo Gateway too? Happens to me almost every night around UTC-3 21:00-21:00 - which is the peak internet use on Brazil.

That happens to me almost every league. Last league I was with a different ISP that i'm using today and even then, same exact thing.

yes i am, and its super weird, i have friends from the same city and they dont have this issue, tho their ISP is different than mine.
