POE Crashing

Everytime I open POE and try to zone into a zone, there's about a 75% chance that my game crashes, I've looked it up and tried everything I've found but can't seen to understand why. Is there anyone who may be able to offer some help?

I'm running on a MSI Raider GE78 HX 13V Laptop
I7 Core (13th Gen)
Nvidia Geforce 4070
16GB of Ram
