High Ping in Random Instances Part 2 Electric Boogaloo

Hello everyone,

i am once again experiencing connection issues in some instances visible in WinMTR and in game of course.

Above is the MTR results for 5 minutes of testing, displaying losses at the fifth and last hop. This happens every other instance in the evenings around 9 pm GMT+2 Frankfurt realm. This wouldnt be a problem in the campaign since i can just reload the zone a number of times till i get an instance server that isnt experiecning issues, however in maps and in hideout this is a massive nuisance rendering the game mostly unplayble until i get connected to another instance server.
A possible solution (although i am guessing it would be borderline impossible to implement) i think would be a button in the settings to be able to manually connect to another instance server taking the the current instance with you.
Until there is a fix i will be mostly unable to play the game post 9 pm i guess :D

Problem persists on other realms although they present differently in MTR
