Temple of Atzoatl with Monster Level 1

So I was farming Incursions with Incursion Scarab of Timelines in T14-T16 maps, dropped a Chronicle and entered it to double corrupt a gem.

For some reason the temple was level 1, everything did no damage and died instantly and many chests were empty.

I have literally 0 clue how this happened, only that its a chronicle that dropped from the scarab.

Same, I've tried it 3 or 4 times now. All have been area level 1

no problems on corrupt gems / equips

but, we dont drop gem on room for quality recipe.
and probality dont get divine/mirror on vault.

jewel and flask drop normal, idk about aspect.

Same. And I have a suspicion that double corrupt outcomes are different for those, or I am unlucky enough to not see a double in 20 consecutive attempts (<1% chance for that to happen)

The scarab has been bugged for more than 5 months now. There's many threads already made about it. GGG replied to one last league, but the scarab actually got worse this league. It would generate various lower ilvl temples last league, but now they're always 1.
