Game crash, equipped item disappear!

I was doing an Atoll map and suddenly the game crashed. When I logged back in the claw in my main hand and the gems in it was just gone. What???

Any update on this? I had the same thing happen just now.

None unfortunately, I just moved on and kept farming. It was only a cheap weapon anyways.
