Lag in Singapore/Japan server

Hi GGG team,

I have a reoccupied issue: When I play on the Singapore or Japan server, almost all instances have insane, unstable latency. Please let me know if this is the server problem or my connection problem.

Are there any players from Vietnam who have the same issue? I am from Hanoi and using Viettel ISP. Does other ISP have this problem?
