100% GPU and CPU useage since latest patches.

Hi,

Since the latest patches my PC has been running at 100% GPU and 100% CPU useage for POE. I can play any other game on decent settings. On the lowest settings, POE is now entirely unplayable.
Any help? Or any other users having the issue?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660.
