Severe Lag and Rubber Banding Issues

Dear Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

I am writing to report ongoing and severe lag issues in Path of Exile that are greatly affecting my gameplay experience. Despite maintaining a stable 13ms ping, I am experiencing constant rubber banding, which appears to be a server-side issue.

I have tried connecting to multiple servers, including London, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam, but the problem persists across all of them. The issue is most severe on the London server, where I encounter such intense rubber banding that I often cannot even log in properly.

This persistent lag makes it extremely difficult to play the game, significantly diminishing my enjoyment and ability to engage with the content. As a dedicated player, this has become a frustrating experience.

I kindly request that you investigate and resolve these server-side issues as soon as possible. Improving server stability would greatly enhance the gameplay experience for myself and many others who are likely facing similar challenges.

I am a console player, playing on Ps5 and from the moment I logged in yesterday morning I have been experiencing these exact issues. It’s heart breaking because I have limited time to play as it is, and in this state, it is not playable. I am in Florida USA.
