Rune: Increased Fire Damage Per 1% Fire Resistance above 75% bugged?
I spent all my currency crafting this mod on a Weapon and made a new Char to use it. Just equipped it but the mod doesn't seem to do anything? Increasing my Fire Resist does not adjust my tooltip damage in any way and as far as I can tell neither the actual damage in game.
Sitting at 231% Fire Resist that should be 1248% increased Fire Damage, which seems like it should be noticable? Maybe its only local weapon damage? So far I don't notice anything changing when I change my fire resists? It seemed like it would be too strong, so maybe just disabled? Last bumped on Sep 17, 2024, 9:41:14 AM

"231% is your overcapped fire resistance, this enchantment checks your effective fire resistance. For example if you have 80% (231%) fire resistance, it'll provide 5 * 8 = 40% inceased fire damage. |

Doh. That makes sense. Much more reasonable.

Omg, I am so sad... I invested about 20 hours of theory crafting to create a fire res stacking slam chieftain with that enchant. I bought every item, leveled to 80+, Then I tested it. I got confused. Found this post. Now my spirit is now broken.
See y'all next league. :( Hahahaha |
