ISSUE TO ACCESS TO POE WEBPAGE FROM PS5

Hello GGG,
I have a big problem at the moment when I want to connect my PS5 to my POE account to view the Trade page.
The system asks me for a Human Verification, I click on the capstone but the page does not download and automatically returns to the Verification request.
So I can’t use the trade page and therefore cannot whistle a player to propose an exchange.
What can I do?
