Using Rain of Arrows (of Saturation) Bricks Lioneye's Paws' RoA Proc

Myself and others are reporting that using a Manaforged Rain of Arrows of Saturation in the build is turning off Level 5 Rain of Arrows autocasted via Lioneye's Paws. Any links in the boots connected to that skill are non-functional. Using a different skill than Rain of Arrows (of Saturation) resumes the functionality of Lioneye's Paws' Rain of Arrows.
