Ores not spawning in any instances

Hello before the patch fix Ores spawn in any instances when I was doing act 8, but when I login this afternoon no matter where Ores do not spawn in any of my instances for example in Blood Aqueduct, tried many times but it just doesn't spawn. One thing I tried is, I let my friend find an ore in his map and teleported to him to try if I'm able to get any ore but to no avail I did not get any but he did get the ore's. I was asking in global chat if there was a maximum amount you can mine they said none and checking the resources I had in kingsmarch I only have a few ore's.

If you are too high level (10?) over the area level some things will not appear.
