Taste of hate extra physical as cold not showing on tooltip/not working

"Gain 15% of Physical damage as extra cold damage during effect" on taste of hate has no effect. Other sources of phys as cold work (hatred, etc.). Disabling phys to cold conversion does not help either

Same for me, hatred works and so does Eater of Worlds implicit 4% phys as extra cold.

But taste of hate adds nothing on tooltip dps in game. PoB said it should be +12.3% hit dps.

Not sure if its doing anything since in game tooltip gains 0 damage when its active.

It's even worse than that, the chance to avoid chill/freeze is also missing. The Taste of Hate buff is missing when using the flask, currently it is just a regular sapphire flask.

Confirmed with a streamer running Taste of Hate taken as cold/chaos build and they are getting getting chilled from crits. So that means all 3 lines of the flask do nothing: The phys as extra, the taken as cold, and the chill/freeze avoidance. The flask only provides cold res and max cold res.

If you're using the flask, you are sadly better off using a regular Sapphire.
