Bug Report: Settlers League - Johan Hideout Management Issue (FIX INCLUDED)

Issue:
Players in the Settlers league are experiencing a bug where certain actions can bypass or circumvent the mechanics for adding Johan to the hideout and managing the town. This issue has been present since the beginning, and the exact cause remains unclear.

Workaround Fix:

For Softcore Settlers Players:

Remove Johan from the Softcore Hideout First:

1. Begin by removing Johan from your current Softcore Hideout.
2. Start a new SSF character > Complete Johan's Quest:
3. Progress through the game until you reach the town.
4. Speak to Johan and complete his quest until he gives you the option to
manage the town.
5. Invite Johan to the Hideout:

Ensure that the option to manage the town is available.
Migrate the Character:

Migrate the SSF character to the Softcore League (Settlers).
Verify Johan's Presence in hideout:

Log into the 'SSF Migrated' character in the Softcore League.
Check the hideout to confirm that Johan is present and the town management option is available.

This workaround allows players to manage the town from the hideout, as the migration process either overlays the quest completion requirements or overrides them.
