Half remembered goliath spectre and spell echo

Hey, on the cone laser attack for the Perfect Half Remembered Goliath, while supported by spell echo, the orbs do not detonate and the laser is way off target and deals no damage on the repeats. This creates a huge gap in damage that hurts quite a lot and I would assume it is not working as intended. This issue was also present in affliction, but at that time the crashes were more important to address than this particular issue.

Any response to know it has been seen, even if it will not be addressed for awhile would be greatly appreciated so I know that bug reports are being read.

I am on PC and am running increased AOE support and a decent amount of cast speed to minions as well.
