I can not join to the game

First time launching. Just created a character and can't go further. As soon as the world starts loading and the game freezes/doesn't respond. I tried to wait, but even after 10 minutes nothing changed. https://imgur.com/OgsxfNR

I am having this exact same issue. I tried a clean install and that didn't work either.

What let me play again is switching my Renderer to Vulkan from DX11 in the graphics options.

Okay your game freezes...

PC info .. CPU, GPU & current driver, what client, and what in game renderer.. DX12 DX11 Vulkan

recommend trying to swap to a different renderer as posted below your first post.

your issue could be few different issues maybe as simple as a bad video driver.
