Latency spikes every 30 seconds

Was perfectly fine yesterday but after updating the game today, I have been getting lag spikes every 30 seconds non-stop. Game is borderline unplayable.
I have restarted the router multiple times. Changed server location multiple times. Restarted PC multiple times... cannot get anything to fix this. It's been happening with me for frame rate, when I check it out it says 11ms haha and my latency spikes get cranked so sporadically. I tried to restart comp, restart the game, but nothing has happened so far as you mentioned it's been unplayable hopefully things get resolved soon.

I am having the same issue I can be just standing in my hideout and I'm seeing latency spike from like 26ms all the way into the 300's pretty frequently. I reset router and been doing speed tests as well as pack lost tests and I am not seeing much there but its only started happening to me in-game today. Did not have this issue yesterday while playing.
