Struggling with Lag Spikes and Packet Loss - Please Help!

Hello All,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone can help me with some persistent issues I've been having with lag spikes and packet loss.

I'm not very knowledgeable about the information PingPlotter provides. If this is on my end, please let me know.

Firstly, reboot your router - power-cycle it, leave it off for a few minutes before turning it back on.

Don't use pingplotter or similar - run WinMTR as per GGG instructions:
