Client crash: file not found

Story:
I accidently deleted the PoE folder. After reinstalling it, the game continues to crash.
Running PackCheck.exe does not help, sometimes it repares something, but that does not fix the crash. Running it a second time it tells me to delete Content.ggpk.
After downloading the Content.ggpk again, I can play one time, as long as I dont close the launcher. After closing the game or the launcher, it crashes the next time again.
The error in the log file is always that some file cannot be found, e.g. "Art/2DArt/Lookup/png/turbulence.png". The file is not always the same.

Please, help me to fix this!!!
