Kingsmarch's quests UI bug

The quests for Kingsmarch remain in the active section of the UI even after they're completed. The quest description itself says "Quest Complete".

Update: this seems to come and go.

 I got the same issue with UI slide bar can't move in quests in act 7 in town it works fine, but outside town the quest window slide bar is gone and i can't move to see my quests outside town.
