does anyone has problem with autoexert + enduring cry ?

enduring cry trigger well but don't give any power ,so ,no endurance charges and no life regen ....

Autoexertion you get no buffs from the gem you are auto exerting.
So you would want to put something that just gives you exerted attacks or something you dont care for its direct buffs Mash the clean

indeed ,it is writen of the description ...... i was just confident that the gem had a new name because it had new functions .... so,no more auto-enduring cry , i guess ?
