Toggle town map on top of skills not showing

Hello, i don't have the toggle town map on top of skills showing, even while pressing the button i have set it's not working either like if i haven't unlocked it.

I'm act 4 by now and it's never showing, i have interected with everything i could and i don't have it. My friend however have it since act 1.

Also when in act town i can only access Kingsmarch, but my friend can interect with "Manage town". It's not even existing for me. Have i miss something ?
