Vengeful Cry not giving minions the buff despite saying allies.

vengeful cry is not giving the buff to minions that gives rage and max rage over time, despite saying it applies to nearby allies, minions count as allies.

Would like a reply on this one because i made a meme build specifically for this, from my testing it also seems not to work on minions, definitely works on players.

Per Rage Support description, minions can't gain rage.
