Screen Boundary

The sides and corners of my HUD are clipped slightly off screen. So much so that I cannot tell when my far left flask is available to use. I originally was going to just deal with the issue, but then I saw it makes it almost impossible to see what is going on and manage your Kingsmarch when opening your settlement over view.

I went to login screen and checked settings options & there isn't a screen safe zone setting, so I've also uninstalled and reinstalled, but the issue still persists.
