Shield charge of Incorporeality

Been a long time since i used shield charge. forgot how annoying it was getting hung on absolutely anything and everything. and often as not, things that dont even exist. so i suggest a trans version that lets you phase through things as long as you can stand where you target a la flamedash, perhaps with a nerf to its damage to balance the improved mechanics.
