Keyboard to name character not appearing on console

As it says above the keyboard for naming a character wont appear. since you need to name a character to play its making the league impossible to start. Im currently on xbox but I know playstation is having the same issue.

Unfortunately looks like all xbox 1 and ps5 players are having the same issue.

I’m also ps5 and cannot get enter a character name even with a Bluetooth keyboard

Same... Even tried to plug my Pc keyboard on it... it didnt work

Same issue, on Xbox. Ruined the hype for me. As a dad with limited time to play this sucks
