Where is the preload?

Neither on steam I have the 3.25 update, nor on the launcher. It only downloaded 3.24.3c yesterday and the official launcher doesnt show the update yet. Whats going on? I have a shitty connection and need to download the patch before, or I cant play when the league starts.

The PC version patch isn't available quite yet. You can find details about when it will become available to update as well as details about downloading it early via the torrent in the announcement post here. I hope this helps!

7 GB on steam? Sorry, I thought it might be 30 GB or so. But 7 would be okay for me to download.
