Profane ground nerfed???

Or was that change only for monsters? It's in "endgame improvements" but is generally a nerf for played-created profane ground. Please clarify.

They just misplaced these changes. Yes, Profane Ground and Fungal Graound are changed in 3.25.

I'm aware it was changed. My question is if it's supposed to be an "improvement", why did it get nerfed? Unless the changes only apply to profane ground made by monsters (probably not).

mark probably made a turbo broken eye of malice rational doctrine warden build and nerfed it before anyone finds out
