Can't finish delve nodes

After this latest patch I can't complete delve nodes. I can activate them but the rare bosses don't show up to be able to finish the node and collect the rewards.

I have the same problem. I would like to dig in delve but this error caused me to go in just to see if the error was fixed. As of this moment it is still occurring
