Autoexertion and Rallying Cry

Does an exerted attack from Rallying Cry still deal more damage when the cry was automated by Autoexertion ? Are allies still considered affected when no buff was given to them ?

No Buffs.

To clarify, the gem says:

"Exerted Attacks deal 5% more Damage per affected Ally, to a maximum of 25%"

it doesn't say 5% per 5 power. But since we don't affect allies, does the exerted still do more damage ? Is it confusing wording ?

No buffs for auto. Also afaik rallying cry self cast buff doesn't work on yourself anyway, only minions and other group members so if you run solo it doesn't make much sense running this cry(unless using Herald of purity or other minion stuff or if you just want to squeeze in another warcry for the unique warcry helmet).

It only says its power is counting enemies and allies but the "more damage" needs allies to be affected. No buff = not affected. At least that's how I read it xD
