Premade Neversink filters are always up to date. For filterblade you just need to login the filterblade website when the update completes. It updates everything automatically when you log in to website. I don't know other filters.

Just wanted to remind people that neversink filter will be "krangled" until at least until Sunday. Chromatic and alterations will be droping as alchemy orbs, neversink himself recomended to update filters before league launch.
