Uber Boss Frag Drops

I am wondering if there has been any clarification or if we can receive some clarity on what to expect with uber boss fragment drops. Last league if you ran b2b you got 2 frags most of the time and sometimes either 1 or 3.

With the removal of b2b has the drop rate of fragments been addressed to compensate for the loss. Dropping 1 uber boss fragment per T17 would be miserable. It would be cool to have it be guaranteed 2 or 3 fragments per map or add in that their regular pinnacle boss versions drop a single frag each time they are completed.
