Can the new Retaliation skill "Divine Retribution" be repeated ?

Hello

As we know, Retaliation skill tagged with "Attack" cannot be supported by multistrike because it would defeat the purpose of the skill. But what about the only Retaliation spell that we have, Divine Retribution ?

It's not specified anywhere that spell echo cannot support retaliation skills, so from the current wording, I should be able to use spell echo support and expect DR to repeat an additional time, right ?

If you could answer to this question before league start, I would be very grateful GGG.
