Rage Vortex in 3.25

I want to play Rage Vortex build and rage generation seems very easy once you start swinging, in current meta.
But how to launch that first vortex?
Warbringer no longer an option. Kaom's Spirit is nerfed (and only will make sense with Dissolution of Flesh + Voidforge, I don't have my hopes for it in SSF).

There is "Warcries grant 1 Rage per 5 enemy power, up to 5" in Rage mastery.
Will that scale with warcry power though?

I dont know about later in the build, but traditionally on leaguestart and SSF especially people used a different Spell to generate Rage. Due to the same Gem Tags u would normally go with Bladestorm, linked most importantly to Rage Support. Use it to attack as well and build up rage, then once Rage is Stacked u can use Rage Vortex.
I leveled like this before and it was an absolute breeze. With all the raw dmg buffs coming I can imagine this will work just fine again, if not better. T8 maps within like 8 hours after leaguestart back then, was really solid.
