Massive Network Problems / Framedrops

So yeah, i thought about starting friday with the new season and then... totally laggy and bad performance. It's everywhere, Hideout, Act 1, 2..., Maps, delve and so on.

Edit: The FPS Drops are getting out of hands. As soon as there are like 15+ Enemies, it freezes for 1-2 Seconds and fps drops to 1-5 for some seconds after. Also happens in every Area / Map

Every other Game / Programm runs very very smooth without any problem.

Spec:
Motherboard: MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
GPU: GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Ethernet: 100 mb/s down / 45 mb/s up
Drive: 1TB SSD (20% full)
RAM: 64GB

I tried to
a) re-install PoE (Steam-Version)
b) downgrading / upgrading GPU Driver
c) run only PoE
d) different server (Amsterdam, Frankfurt)

Nothing changes.

Btw... only to mention this... the pingspikes existing on & off since 2016... 8 Years! With 5 different ISP's

Bump - tested on other ISP, other location (near mine), same problem, totally different PC.

Looking at your WinMTR, your ISP/s are NOT the problem - the issues start with twelve99.net. Unfortunately, a lot of European connections seem to go via them.

You could try sending a copy of your WinMTR to your ISP, pointing out the peering that is problematic. They may be able to escalate the issue with twelve99.

German Telekom doesn't care, they say, it's the problem from the backroute of the Application / Website to their server. So in their oppinion it's GGG's Problem and not theirs. Beside that, i tried it with Vodafone (seperate ISP) with the exact same issue.

Anyway, this may be the Lagspike Problem, but the FPS drops which i got, are on 3 different PC's. All with "higher" Nvidia GPU's.

And if i take a look, it's not only me who got Ping Issues, looks like half Europe does right now. Also the FPS drops are more or less in common since.. last patch as i read?

So it really feels like GGG can do something but.. they are quite silent in the forum? Feels actually kinda bad instead of a post like "Hey, we know there's something wrong and our Forum is flooded since last patch.", they just let us crawling in the dark.

I just gonna bump this thread until i get a response from GGG because the Ping issues getting out of control. 250 - 10k (disconnects too) on all EU Server and my provider said it's GGG's problem of Routing backwards.

This is getting really frustrating. Similar situation for me.

I am getting RIDICULOUS lag spikes. Sometimes my MS jumps all the way up to 30 THOUSAND ... then rubberbanding for like 10 seconds.

How is anyone supposed to play the game like this?

Exactly and so far it's still on a daily basis. Not permanantly, but as soon as it begins, i can't touch the game for like 12+ hours or just sitting and trading.

And the fps drops aren't fixed aswell..
