Twitch drop not awarded

I had twitch connected and was watching onemanaleft which had drops enabled. I tried every method I could find including reconnecting and watching on approved browser and could never get the twitch inventory screen to say there was an active campaign. I even logged out and back in. the channel said drops enabled but every time I clicked like normal to get it it always gave me the "
no campaign" screen. Am I just out of luck for this or can I submit screenshots and evidence to ggg to get it somehow? Last bumped on Jul 20, 2024, 3:22:50 PM
