There was an error submitting the form - cannot sign up for POE 2 beta

Hello, it is currently impossible to sign up for the POE 2 closed beta, you just get this error message: "There was an error submitting the form". I have tried in a private window and cleared all cookies, I have tried logged in and not logged in. The webpage is not functional, unfortunately.

It looks like Firefox was the issue, it works on other browsers for some reason.

I've disabled adblock extension and deleted cookies - helped
